भारत के उपराष्ट्रपति, श्री सी. पी. राधाकृष्णन, 09.01.2026 को आदमपुर हवाई अड्डे, जालंधर, पंजाब पहुंचे। पंजाब के राज्यपाल, श्री गुलाब चंद कटारिया और पंजाब सरकार के रक्षा सेवा कल्याण मंत्री, स्वतंत्रता सेनानी एवं बागवानी मंत्री, श्री मोहिंदर भगत ने अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्तियों के साथ उनका स्वागत किया। वहॉं पहुँचने पर उपराष्ट्रपति को 'गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर' भी दिया गया।
