I extend my greetings to the Sant Samaj.
I have always sought their blessings and their dignified presence is of utmost importance.
Manohar Lal ji has caught the pulse of the public-
I am personally grateful to the Honourable Chief Minister for the announcement of a medical college named after Bhakta Dhanna, the announcement of a college for girls today, and donation of funds for five important works of rural development.

My first visit to Haryana was from the place of Deenbandhu Sir Chhotu Ram Ji as per the vision of Honorable Chief Minister.
But I will always remember this day.
I am blessed to be here that the Haryana government is organizing such a big event on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Saint Shiromani Dhanna.
I extend my regards to the elders of society. Greetings to everyone. Our India is transforming and Ram temple is being built.
Think about how long we waited. They used to say when you will tell the date, have you thought whether it will ever be possible, it has been possible and it is being made according to the culture of India.
There is an old movie. It contains a dialogue. One says, "I have a car, I have a bungalow, I have a factory, I have money. One says to his brother what do you have and the brother says I have mother". What a great asset!
Look anywhere in the world, look at any country, the association of saints that we are getting is not found in any other country. Our saints are preserving our cultural heritage to the fullest and carrying out the duties of a superb guide.
Today, what is happening in the country, was never imagined. We had never thought, India's prestige in the world is as high today as it was never before. Assume that India is currently the fifth-largest economy in the world and who did we surpass to get this position? We surpassed the British who ruled us for 200 years and India's farmers and labourers have a big contribution in this change.
At the end of this decade, you will find that India is the third superpower in the world.
Being the Governor of West Bengal, I have observed and the people of the world are astounded, they are not able to imagine that the government is providing rice, wheat, and pulses to the 80 crore population in India from 1stApril, 2020, and it is still going on. Today, the height of transformation is that the supreme post in India, Excellency the President, is currently held by a tribe. The Vice President is a farmer's son and the Prime Minister comes from an Other Backward Class.
There can never be anything other than a feeling of patriotism in our minds.
We have to keep our India first in every situation. We have to keep in mind that now that the time has changed, no one is big or small, everything is within the purview of the law, everything is under the clutches of the law. No one can claim that I am above the law. This is the fair system.

I noticed that the contribution of our saints was tremendous during Covid-19.
Our saints inspired every person to forge ahead, that whoever you can help, do so. And there is no crises in our country at the time. The people around the world wonder, even America could not achieve that, but 220 crore people in the country have been given a dose of vaccination, it is available on their mobiles and it is also available in America but on papers. Our India is transforming.
Farmers are the backbone of our economy, imagine what has been done for their upliftment? 11 crore of farmers have received money worth Rs. 2,25,000 crore so far. Look at it in two ways: how much we have changed and how much technology has come into our lives, the door we were afraid to go to. Nowadays, there is no such person who is not in the purview of the banking system. Where did that long queue go when we used to pay the bills? Where did the system go when we used to wait for the check? This big revolution is coming and all of you have contributed to it. Our saints have contributed to it.
I was extremely happy and if you look at Dhanna Bhagat more closely, you will find three things: Jat Dhanna, then Dhanna Seth and then Dhanna Bhagat. What were his thoughts? Pay attention to everyone, keep everyone happy, don't get angry...
I would call upon you since there is a need in the society to carry forward their ideas and to implement them.
Today the young generation has the world in front of them, and such a system has been created that any person can do any work according to his talent, which has no obstacle. The system supports fully him, but if he goes astray and gets upset or he becomes a drug addict, so, shouldn't we all put an end to this problem by following the ideals of saints and respecting Dhanna Bhagat's thoughts? It is necessary that we stop this kind of evil on a large scale in the right way.
Let me give you a small example: a village was plagued by monkeys, so the people of the village used many ways to get rid of the monkeys. When they were using such ways and the monkeys were also leaving the village, their own brothers came to the front and said that the monkey was not alone. Where else is this kind of culture? Our society has some responsibilities. Our culture is a gift of thousands of years, we cannot become puppets of those people to brainstorm the ideas of our society. Whatever they say, today's social media will propogate it and those who have good sense, will remain silent. This should not happen.
Our Khap Panchayats are strong, capable of profound thought, brainstorming, and of distance thinking, but a representative of a Khap Panchayat cannot be born suddenly. We have to think that if we ignore the transformation taking place in India today and do not contribute in it, we are disrespecting all these great men who have put our culture in this place in the world.
I will praise the Haryana Government… the rest of the people have started in the Amrit year, our saints, our great men are being remembered but Haryana has already started, whose full details have been given by Honorable Chief Minister. Under any circumstances, we cannot forget those people who have given us freedom by shedding sweat and blood.
A few years ago, it was such a scenario that no one contributed to the history of the country. We could not have imagined that there are other people who have brought us here. There was a change and there was a huge change. The birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose's was celebrated as Parakram Diwas. His statue is installed at the India Gate. No one can imagine before. A very big custodian of the constitution that he hoisted the flag in 1945 even before the constitution was framed. What a great honor he got that now Parakram Diwas is celebrated every year. Birsa Munda…. Tribal Day. There is not any shortage in your state also, no saint, great man, social worker is bound by caste. He never wishes anyone bad but wants everyone's welfare.
If you think and study, there are three ways to salvation: The first way is Karma, you keep doing Karma with goodwill and keep doing the work of public welfare, this is the right way. A slightly higher way is Karma and knowledge. If both karma and knowledge are get mixed and then you work for public welfare so it increases. But the culmination and best of it too lies in Bhakti that our saints have and Dhanna Bhagat is also one of those who contributed significantly in the Bhakti movement. You will also find mention of Dhanna Bhagat's thoughts in Guru Granth Sahib.
How good the country is, it is the responsibility of every citizen and if we decide today that our country will be the country in which we will keep discipline, then the picture of the country itself will change. Have we ever thought what is Swasth Bharat Abhiyan? Now the toilets are available everywhere. This was not even thought of. A very big revolution has come. Today everything is available in the village and small town, which is there in big cities. You just have to show your talent and don't stray from the path.
I express my concern that some of our youth have deviated from the path. Drug Menace is a very terrible disease... which can destroy the whole generation, it should be curbed. We should take a pledge that today on this auspicious day, we will follow the path shown by our saints. What I am saying today from the land of Haryana means something else. Honorable Chief Minister has told that what has happened in this land, the knowledge of Geeta has originated from your place only, the culture which flourished on the banks of Saraswati river has no match for it, for which you also have a program every year and it is appreciated in the world.
if anyone curbs this transforming India and dims it or tries to defame it, I want to tell one thing to those people that there is no such country in the world, there are all three things in the constitution, Panchayat-Municipality, State and Centre... The system of election of these three is in the Constitution of India. Our Democracy is Vibrant ... and alive at every level. If someone will say that the democratic system in the country is weak, there is a restriction on the right to speak, we have to thwart such matters.

In the end, I would like to tell you that I am grateful to the Chief Minister, the Haryana Government for giving such an opportunity a very right shape and I am leaving from here to be energized by the presence of you people. I assure you that there will be no lack of any kind of effort in the work that I have to do as a farmer's son and a as a citizen of the country. Thank you all once again.
Jai Hind, Jai Bharat!
